1. Apparel & Accessory Return Policy:
All sales of apparel are considered final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for apparel items, including but not limited to shirts, pants, jackets, hats, fanny packs or other wearable items. We encourage customers to carefully review the product descriptions, size charts, and images before making a purchase to ensure the right fit and style. For other promotional items such as accessories, toys, and other items contact our customer support team at info@nimbledistro.com for assistance. We may be able to replace the faulty item with the same or similar product or offer store credit on a situational basis.
2. Battery Return Policy:
In the event that you encounter any functionality issues with a battery purchased from us, we are more than happy to assist you. Our battery return policy covers defective or malfunctioning batteries and allows for a replacement under the following conditions:
2.1 Battery Troubleshooting:
In the majority of cases where the battery is not working properly, it is determined to be an issue with the cartridge attachment.
If the battery blinks purple when you push the button - make sure that your cartridge is properly attached. In some instances the metallic piece that completes the connection to the battery is too far to make contact. On most hardware, you can use tweezers to slightly pull the center pin from the bottom of the cartridge, extending it downward. Reattach to the battery and try again.
If the issue persists, try using the battery with another cartridge from another brand.
2.2 Eligibility for Battery Return:
To be eligible for a battery return and replacement, the following conditions must be met:

The battery must have been purchased directly from our online store. (Batteries purchased from a retail location need to be returned to the retailer directly).

The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

You must first review and attempt the above troubleshooting instructions.

The issue with the battery must be related to functionality problems, such as failure to hold a charge, not powering devices correctly, or other electrical issues.
2.3 Return Procedure for Batteries:
To initiate a battery return, follow these steps:
a. Contact Customer Support: Get in touch with our customer support team either by email (info@nimbledistro.com) or phone (503-303-5683) to inform us about the issue you are facing with the battery. Our representatives will guide you through the return process.
b. Verification: Our support team may ask you to perform some basic troubleshooting steps to ensure that the issue is indeed related to the battery's functionality.
c. Return Authorization: If the problem cannot be resolved, and the battery is confirmed to be defective, our customer support team will issue you an RMA number and provide shipping information to have the item returned to our fulfillment facility.
d. Shipping the Defective Battery: Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the defective battery and mail it back to our designated return address. Include the RMA number on the package to ensure proper identification.
BATTERIES MUST NOT BE MAILED WHILE ATTACHED TO A CARTRIDGE OR WITH ANY VISIBLE CARTRIDGE RESIDUE ON OR AROUND THE PRODUCT.
2.4 Receiving the Replacement Battery:
Upon receiving the defective battery, we will inspect it to confirm the functionality issues. If the return is approved, we will promptly send you a replacement battery free of charge. Please note that the replacement will be for the same type and model of the defective battery originally purchased.
2.5 Exclusions from Battery Return Policy:
Our battery return policy does not cover the following situations:

Any damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

Batteries that have exceeded their expected lifespan or have been subject to extreme conditions.

Purchases made from unauthorized sellers or third-party vendors.

Batteries confirmed to have been purchased anywhere other than our webpage.

Batteries returned by anyone under the legal age to own one in their local jurisdiction will be confiscated and not returned.
3. General Notes:
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the defective product.
Refunds are not offered for returns; replacements are provided instead.
We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the eligibility criteria or shows signs of misuse or damage.
